I chose this hotel for attending a trade show in Dubrovnik and I was not disappointed. The apartment provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was well-organized, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. The owner went above and beyond by helping me retrieve my kids' belongings that were left in a taxi, showing exceptional kindness and ensuring a memorable stay in Croatia.

The only service that I missed for my work was a business center or a dedicated workspace in the apartment.

We recommend this venue to all. It's an interesting place for holidays while in Dubrovnik. The room is large and good with a gorgeous garden, has everything you need. There's views of the sea. The staff are nice and personable, thank you for the help.

big size apartment, with convenient location. it was located in a fairly quiet area in a nice garden in a lovely location. i had really nice stay on holiday, no complaints.

The apartments at Villa Falkoni are amazing! Each one has a private balcony with comfy furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the stunning views. The bathrooms are great too, with either a shower or a bath. And guess what? Every unit also has a private bathroom with a bidet! Some apartments even have a seating area or a terrace, making it feel like a real home away from home. And of course, all the units come with a flat-screen TV for those lazy movie nights.

If I had to pick something, I guess the only downside is that the apartments don't have a pool. But hey, that's just my personal opinion, and I'm sure many people won't mind it at all.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the bustling city but still private. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided us with helpful local tips and assistance with transportation.

The powerful shower and washing machine were a bonus, and the homemade cherry liqueur and biscuits were a lovely touch. The large terrace with a view of the sea was a perfect spot to relax, and the gardens with friendly tortoises were beautiful. The host, Dubravka, was always available and helpful. We wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Dubrovnik. Thank you, Dubravka!
